Pick Up & Delivery Options

Local Pick Up

Order by 2pm (Sunday – Thursday) and collect in store after 11am next day. Ordered on a Sunday? Collect after 12pm on Monday. These timings do not apply to Public Holidays.
Pick up is only offered to Victorian Residents.

 (Australia Post Regular) Delivery

Regular Post will deliver within 2-5 working days, except public holidays. Delivery to some postcodes, including WA, NT, North Queensland may take up to 8 days. Delivery within this timeframe is not guaranteed as service interruptions may occur.

 (Australia Post Express) Delivery

Express Post will deliver within 1-3 working days, except on public holidays. Delivery to some postcodes, including WA, NT, North Queensland may take up to 8 days. Delivery within this timeframe is not guaranteed as service interruptions may occur.

Direct Freight (Courier)

Direct Freight (Courier) will deliver within 2-5 working days, except public holidays. Alternate Services may be used during busy periods. Delivery to some postcodes, including WA, NT, North Queensland may take up to 8 days. Direct Freight Service is Authority to leave only unless requested for signature. You will be notified with a tracking number one item has been shipped. Delivery within this timeframe is not guaranteed as service interruptions may occur.

International (Parcel) Delivery

Australia Post International services will deliver within 3-20 working days. Delivery to some Locations may very in time frame depending on service selected at checkout. You will be notified with a tracking number one item has been shipped. Delivery within this timeframe is not guaranteed as service interruptions may occur.
